Training for all athletes in all sports
Speed and agility programs are designed to help athletes achieve attainable goals. Our programs are designed to improve speed, power, balance, and agility. We believe that training in small groups allows more personal one-on-one attention between coach and athlete. Small groups help build confidence as well as a competitive attitude to do better at every skill.
Group sessions
2-4 athletes $45.00 per 90 minute session
5-8 athletes $35.00 per 90 minute session
Private session
1 on 1 training $65.00 per 90 minute session
